Wendy got involved in Real Estate, buying and selling her own 3 houses in less than 5 years. Her first house sold for twice what she had paid for it just over 2 years before. The second house sold for over $60,000 more than she had paid for it just 20 months before. She fell in love with Real Estate. Wendy decided to study Home Staging and to learn more about how to buy and sell houses for profit. She studied with the Institute of Home Staging, and then she went on to take classes with internationally recognized home staging expert Debra Gould (bet you didn't know there was such a thing as an internationally recognized home staging expert) and then took even more classes with the founder of Home Staging, Barbara Jennings.
Wendy's favorite thing to do is to use her home staging skills, marketing background and photography skills to help sell a house that has been sitting on the market for way too long. She takes "glamour shots" of houses that help make buyers fall in love with the home and helps homesellers see their house through the eyes of a potential buyer. Wendy also has an extensive background in marketing, specializing in on-line marketing. She does cutting edge single property websites and makes sure that her homes are listed on over 40 different real estate websites so that the home gets the most exposure to the most potential buyers. With over 80% of home buyers looking on line for a new home, getting a home seen on line is critical to getting it sold.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Wendy spent 8 years traveling the world working for top cruise lines. Spending the spring in Bermuda touring the forts, summer in Alaska visiting lighthouses, the fall in New England visiting historical houses and the winter in Tahiti touring ruins. Pretty good life for a few years. There isn't much that can top it when the view out of your cabin window is the volcanic peaks of Bora Bora or El Moro at Sunset. She spent hours wandering exotic locals, camera in hand, documenting the beauty of each place she traveled to.
Wendy is the mom of two boys, 6 year old Zachary and 2 year old Nathaniel. Zachary made his mom super proud this year when he earned the Core Values Award at Grange Hall Elementary. Nathaniel is a huge fan of tractors and can spot a John Deere from a mile away! They are also very well photographed children! Being Wendy's favorite subjects to photograph, they don't even notice when they have their picture taken anymore. Their childhood is being throuroughly well documented on film!
